As you progress, Sleep Locker tracks your performance and shows you the habits with highest positive effect on your sleep.
Our revolutionary program will help you improve your time to fall asleep, duration of your sleep interruptions and all your sleep habits.
How it works?
You will be challenged to execute steps that will gradually build desired sleep habits.
In the morning, you fill in your Morning log, which tracks you sleep.
In the evening, you fill in your Evening log, which tracks your own mood parameters and asks you about the execution of ongoing habits.
As you advance, Sleep Locker compares your sleep progress against the execution of everyday habits and tells you what habits affect your sleep.
The program covers all aspects of healthy sleep habits grouped into 10 step-by-step courses.
